La propuesta fue ganadora del Piloto Mundial del Programa Global Citizen Corporate de IBM. Se logró desarrollar y aplicar herramientas para la integración de la resiliencia como variable clave de la gestión para la ONEMI Los Lagos y otras 21 instituciones públicas, empresas y la academia. Cofinanciamiento IBM + SINERGIAS. Se sentaron las bases para la conformación de la Red Regional para la Resiliencia (R3).
